* Refers also to non-tenured junior participants. Registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the head of the department, confirming their status. The letter should be printed on a department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the Congress.

Registration fee includes:
Participation in scientific sessions, program and abstract book, printed material of the congress, invitation to the Welcome Reception, all coffee breaks, breakfast and lunch for Thursday and Friday, and breakfast only for Saturday.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be electronically mailed or post-marked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before May 15, 2013 – 100% refund (minus $100 handling fee)
Postmarked from May 16, 2013 – 50% refund
No refund on cancellation sent after June 15, 2013

Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by mailing a check in USD ($) to AAMS PO Box 32, Glendale, CA 91209. Wire transfer is also possible; please email info@aamsc.com requesting wiring instructions.

Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for either personal accidents nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the 11th Armenian Medical World Congress. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
