Visas
Prior to booking flights, registrants are strongly advised to check whether they require an entry Visa. The Congress Organizers are not responsible for obtaining a visa. A letter of invitation can be downloaded on the website with an official stamp and signature. Click here to download the invitation letter.

The organizing committee will not be responsible for any cancellations or delays caused by authorities due to a lack of Visa or other required documentation.
