Arman F. Karapetyan studied medicine at Yerevan State Medical University, graduating with honors and completing his residency in Dermatology. Dr. Karapetyan then earned his Ph.D. from Pavlov State Medical University in St. Petersburg, Russia, where he was granted a professorship at the Department of Dermatology; giving him the opportunity to teach medical students and residents while continuing his research. His deep interest and breadth of knowledge in Cosmetic Dermatology were well recognized, and he was asked to serve as Editor-in-Chief of the prestigious Journal of Dermatology and Cosmetology in Russia. Dr. Karapetyan also completed his residency training at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in New York, obtaining his board certification in Internal Medicine. His practice initially began in Beverly Hills in 2009 with a focus on Aesthetics, Anti-Aging Medicine and Weight Loss. Dr. Karapetyan founded LA Beauty Skin Center in 2012 in the city of Glendale, pursuing his main passion in Cosmetic Dermatology. Due to its wide success and popularity, a second location was opened in 2017 in North Hollywood, CA.
