Carolyn Kassabian MD. received her bachelors of Science in Biology and graduated Summa Cum Laude from UCLA. She subsequently attended the USC Keck School of Medicine and became a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Society as a junior. In her last year of medical school, she served as the president of the AOA gamma chapter. Dr Kassabian completed her residency in dermatology at USC. During her last year, she served as co-chief resident of the program. She is board certified in dermatology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Since 2006, Dr Kassabian has been in private practice in Mission Hills where she shares an office with her husband, Dr Garbis Kassabian. Dr. Kassabian volunteers to teach the residents at USC as Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology. Her interests in dermatology include diagnosing and treating conditions such as acne, eczema, skin cancer as well as skin rejuvenation and anti-aging treatments for the skin.
