Dr. Nishan Odabashian received his DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1991 after completing his undergraduate studies at UCLA. He practiced general dentistry for nine years in Glendale, California. He then received his certificate of specialty in 2001, and an MS degree in endodontics in 2003 from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, Department of Graduate Endodontics. He was a part time Assistant Professor of Endodontics at the Department of Graduate Endodontics at LLU from 2001 to 2020. Dr. Odabashian is a past District VII Director for the American Association of Endodontists; past president of the Glendale Academy of Dentists, and California State Association of Endodontists, Past President-Elect and Founding Member of the International Academy of Endodontics, and is currently the president of the Southern California Academy of Endodontics. He has served on the Constitution and Bylaws committee at the AAE, and the IAE and currently at the Armenian American Medical Society. He has lectured locally, nationally and internationally including Armenia, France, and Lebanon. Dr. Odabashian is deeply passionate about endodontics. He is committed to providing patient-centered treatment. He is a life-long student and always looking for ways to improve his knowledge and patient treatment through study, collaboration with colleagues, and critically following up of past treatment.
