Dr. Misak Barsamian, MD, a co-founder of the Armenian American Medical Society, leaves behind a remarkable legacy. He was deeply devoted to both the advancement of healthcare and the Armenian community. Dr. Barsamian’s dedication was posthumously recognized by the State of California, the California Senate, the Cities of Glendale and Burbank, the California State Legislature, Assemblymember Laura Friedman (44th District), and Senator Anthony Portantino (25th District). The Barsamian family received framed resolutions and certificates honoring Dr. Barsamian’s significant contributions.
